Chef Hector Santiago leads this culinary journey, weaving Spain's diverse flavors into every dish at "La Metro." From his first travels to Barcelona more than a decade ago, his time in Madrid & Andalusia, and his most recent trips throughout the Basque regions- Chef Santiago's menu is a personal interpretation of Spanish cuisine.
